UNDERSTANDING BOOKING DEPOSITS.

When a booking is requested a deposit will be required to secure the property. 

This will be 20% of the total price of the booking. This is non-returnable in the event

you cancel.

 

BOOKING BALANCE PAYMENT. 

You must pay the full amount for the Booking and the booking fee by the due date,

which will be 30 days before the chosen arrival date. Failing to pay will result in the booking being canceled and the deposit lost.

 

CANCELLATION AFTER BALANCE PAYMENT.

If the guest cancels, any money they have paid cannot be refunded.

 

 

IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING.

We would not expect to  make any changes to your Booking once it is agreed between you

and us, but sometimes problems occur and we do have to make alterations.

 

 

CANCELLATION OR AMENDING DATES.

In the event you need to amend or cancel your booking please inform us at the first possible opportunity. We will try but can not guarantee a change of date after booking.

 

Please take out holiday insurance at the time of booking.
