MANAGEMENT DETAILS
We keep your keys safe at all times when not in use. There will be no means of identifying your property address. The only reference is a code to indicate to us your property.
We will inspect your property on a 14-day basis at a random time. check through the property, for security and utilities.
Gardening will be made once per month if Requested
In the event of problems compile a report listing any issues with photographic evidence. We would carry out emergency repairs if needed. Photos of the garden (before and after trimming) will be taken at each inspection and mailed to the owner.
